01 Using this site

This is a portfolio. You are welcome to read it, share it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or present my case studies as your work.

02 Ownership of the work shown

Projects marked In use are shown with the knowledge of the people who use them. Independent projects and projects in Personal use are my own work; where the code started from course material, the card says so. Other parties' trademarks and product names belong to their owners.

03 Accuracy

Stacks and features describe each project as it was when this page was written. Software changes; nothing here is a warranty about a product you may be using today.

04 Engagements

Nothing on this site is a contract. Work starts only from an agreed written proposal that names the deliverables, milestones and payment terms.

• Estimates given in chat or on a call are indicative
• Rates are quoted per project or per milestone, not per hour of chat
• Source code transfers on final payment unless agreed otherwise
• Client data seen during a build stays confidential indefinitely

05 Liability

This site is provided as-is. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of information published here, or for downtime, data loss or lost revenue arising from your use of it.

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are handled in the courts of Pekanbaru, Riau, unless a written contract says otherwise.
